Those costumes came from the Spanish Flu, and it is to take care of infection for doctors, even though it looks creepy for now. However, wearing mouth masks and covering faces are a contradiction issue between the Asian Continent and Europe or the U.S. A visitor, who has the name of epidemic does not care about races, skin colors, sex, and nationalities.
